I finally got the hair cut that I wanted for weeks.
My hair is so wild it needs a trim so badly.

I like to boast

One of the reasons that I like arranging music is that I can find other versions of the same music and try to make an improvised version. You may call it cheating but I like the term improvised.
I think that some arrangements are not good for singing or maybe playing. Primarily, the singing arrangements are not good. Thus, finding a reliable source for playing the song and a not so reliable source for singing the same song is a good combination for making an improved version of the song. Sounds complicated? Let me break it down for you.

Lately, I've been arranging Heal the World ala choir.
I was lucky to obtain a good piano version because it was meant for sing along and piano solo.
To most people, finding that piece of source is good enough. I think otherwise.
I tried my luck with Google and attempt to find an acapella version.
I didn't have to go far and I really did found one.

The ready to use acapella version sounded really bad.
However, there was a few harmonic progressions which were fairly good.
Thus, I mashed those good stuff with a bit of my creativity.
Voila! I'm done with a new arrangement in 4 days.

I'm so proud of myself that I can't help boasting now.
Now, I really want to record it digitally and would really like to listen it.
After that, waiting for a good choir to sing it would be a great satisfaction.
