This evening there are promises of a good shower. I hope the thunder doesn't drag too long. Moody days are really long. It is very hard to pick up your spirits if the weather is not motivating.
Finally a news report about floods in Penang was in the news today. There were already videos of Sungai Dua flooding in facebook. I was very shocked to see the level of water so high on the main road. Thank goodness the semester is over and I don’t have to face all that. I wonder though whether any of the hostels, especially those like Fajar Harapan, Cahaya Gemilang and Aman Damai are affected or not. I think Fajar Harapan will be the worst hit since it is the nearest to the lakes.
I have finished my target today. Another 5 pages done. I’m contemplating whether I should do some more so it will lighten my burden for the next few days until I finish. I’m left with 10 pages and I think it’s easily done over the next two days. I guess I’ll do two more today. Possibly even more if I’m very motivated.
