Burn Burn Burn!

Last night I had a dinner gathering at '88' Bandar Baru - steamboat buffet for nearly 3 hours.
Thank goodness it didn't rain heavily and we were still able to enjoy grilling, boiling and satay-ing.
I forgot I'm not suppose to eat hot food straight away and I had a sexy voice this morning I think.
LOL, so far so good as I drank a lot of water.
I feel so sinful eating such food last night: lots of grill meat and satays. I tried to stick to the soup stuff.
So I promised myself that I will burn as much calories as I can this morning and voila.
I'm so happy with myself as that was the longest time that I have spent on the track mill so far.
I'm going to burn some more this evening if I can.
Thanks to watching short movies at the same time (Cindrella), I could even walk for so such a long time.
I nearly fell in the process though, probably lack of focus at that time.

Going to watch Kim Sam Soon for the rest of my16 workouts. Weeee~~~
