I did a little procrastinating in the afternoon by eating snacks, drinking, eating again. Nap briefly on the study table. Doing all that while studying. Makes you wonder how anything gets into the head. I even purposely hand wash my clothes so that I make myself move about. I even soak more clothes at night so that I’ll wash some more tomorrow morning. LOL.
Eventually butt pain is the case of studying too much. Sit too long and every muscle that helps you study just feel tired. I’m feeling it even now too. This is the first time weeks where I stay at the hostel for such a long time. I usually move about all over the place as if I own the place.
Another productive thing to do while studying is also to do some room cleaning. It is a way of getting yourself to move about and try not to sleep heavily at the bed. So far I have been successful by not taking long naps. I survived by sleeping very briefly on the study table with books and papers strewn all over the table. I find myself waking up when my arm feels sore or I already have an urgency in my head thinking that I must wake up to do more studying.
To relieve the overwhelming brain, I also watch short video clips at TED again. It helps the brain to keep going as all the videos are interesting and they are short. So they take little time in between my brain breaks.
Blogging also helps I think. I have been doing it in a long while until recently.
Now that I’m done with blogging. Time to go back to studying. Will blog again soon.
